Seamus-O Building Sale Closes in Ohio City The Seamus-O Building at 4700 Lorain Ave. sold Sept. 25 in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood. Brokers David Leb and Brad Nosan of Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate announced the completed transaction on Oct. 12. The closing date confirms that the property changed hands before the public announcement. The transaction was reported as complete, not as a pending agreement. Brokerage comments and public records documented the timing, but financial terms were not disclosed. The property is a two-story, 24,384-square-foot building across Lorain Avenue from Urban Community School’s Urban Squash Cleveland building. The sale also included grassy lots behind the structure on West 47th Street, along with parking and loading areas. Records list the property’s legal use as industry and warehousing.
