Urban Revitalization and Community Growth In the heart of downtown Riverhead, a formidable transformation is underway as the $82 million Heritage on Main residential development commences. The project, strategically located at 203-213 East Main Street, embodies a significant investment in the burgeoning town’s infrastructure. Spanning approximately 238,342 square feet, the development is set to introduce a total of 165 market-rate rental apartments. This initiative aims to address the pressing housing demand in the area.
