What’s Open at Ransley Station Now? Currently, Ransley Station has a limited but active mix of open uses. Wawa, Chipotle, The Flats at Ransley, and The Hangar at Ransley Station are already operating on site. Active Uses on the Ground Wawa opened at the Pine Forest Road location on Dec. 19, 2024. Chipotle opened in March 2026 at 8870 Boesch Lane, adding a fast-casual restaurant to the project’s current lineup. Chipotle is the fourth location in Escambia County. The Flats at Ransley and The Hangar at Ransley Station are both open for leasing. This confirms that the residential core is already functioning alongside commercial activity. Current Site Conditions This means the development is no longer only a construction site. It now supports daily errands, dining, and housing.
